Statement
This is the first post I’m making declaring my intentions for the world. First off, I don’t want this to ever be a ‘blog.’ I don’t prefer the stigma. I also don’t want it to be specifically political, only in a generic or theoritical way. This is to be a philosophical discussion. I call it a discussion because you are allowed to and encouraged to participate. I will create the articles by which to discuss, and you can run with it.
My rules for response are simple: You must be a member. You must reply with a new or expanded thought; in other words, you must further the discussion. Don’t go back and pick apart someone else’s thoughts, because that doesn’t ultimately move the conversation along. You must have a minumum response of 100 words; I and my fellow philosophers have taken the time to really digest and contribute, and I have no room for a minimilist response. Finally, you must be articulate, or you will be deleted.
I have other fellow philosophers that want to contribute, and they manage their own postings on their own time and moderate it to their own standards of quality but maintain my guidelines. Please treat them with respect.
Finally, I thank you for coming to Changeverything.net, where I truly hope to begin changing the hearts and minds of those who sit back idly and watch the world. It’s they who stop the wheel of progress when we clearly have so much farther to go.
